In order to start an application for this group booking reservation, you need to first select a unit.

Apartments managed by WPM Real Estate Management will accept as lessee the first individual who submits an approved application for any available unit, executes a lease agreement, agrees to abide by the rules and regulations and meets the standards set forth below:

1. Based on the size of the household, your Maximum Annual Income must be equal to or less then the amount listed on this chart.

2. Current employment and/or sufficient income is required and verified

3. A satisfactory rental or mortgage history is required and verified.

4. Payment of a non refundable application fee.

5. Receipt of a satisfactory investigative consumer report from the reporting agencies used by The Time Group and/or WPM Real Estate Group.
