|Recommended: YesApartment Manager — I have lived here for over 11 years. Our tenant manager that we have now is the best one I ever had. She is helpful, knowledgeable, informative and follows up when you need her to. She will help you when possible and takes care of problems promptly and efficiently. She is easy to talk to and understands what you need.

|Recommended: YesLived Here For 20 Years And We Love It — we have lived here for 20 years and have been through about 4 management companies and quite a few property managers. I have seen so many improvements since the newest property manager. She really cares about the residents and making sure we are happy here. Like the kids say she gets sh done.

|Recommended: YesSecluded Area On The Peninsula — We've been here for three years. The staff are nice and the area is quiet and decent. The neighbors are really friendly too. Just make sure your apartment or townhome is up to date on renovations.
