|Recommended: YesMy Time So Far At Beacon Point — A fine place to live. Aside from the occasional maintenance issue due to the aged nature of the buildings, our time here has been peaceful and contented.
Some of the parking spots provided get taken up fairly quickly at night but that is to be expected. The lawncare is a little too frequent regular and a little too early for many of ours' liking.
Utilities are maintained, neighbors keep to themselves, the office staff are helpful and friendly.
I would recommend it here.

|Recommended: YesPrivilege To Live Here — It has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to live here. They've covered everything here From parking lot to fair rent prices. You can even use Flex for rent payments 😁 so you only have to pay half up front then pay the rest on your next paycheck.
After being abandoned by a former roommate I found myself paying for ALL of the rent myself. The leasing office staff bent over BACKWARDS to assist me in being able to takeover my lease without issue. Their pool is refreshing and beautiful 😍❤️. Fitness center is top notch. Who wouldn't luv it here Many years to come for me I even recommended it to a friend and they now rent here. 500 credit for that too You guys ROCK

|Recommended: YesGreat Community Manager — I have lived here for a long time and i must say that Marge does a really great job. We now have resident events and contest that we never had before. She knows me and most residents by name and really does a great job here. Im excited to see what else her and her team will do.
